Anyone know which airline would be responsible, and might give compensation, in the case of onward connections and codeshare flights:

Luggage checked in by BA for a BA flight (but with AY flight code on AY ticket), with an onward connection on SU (also with AY flight code on AY ticket)? - BA, AY or SU?
