Last time I was at IAH ordering up some study juice I noticed the CO now uses a 'mini-decanter' (the exact word escapes me) to serve the premium wine rather than just pouring it into the glass.

I don't know if this is to control the portion, class up the operation or given drunken members the opportunity to break both the wine glass and the mini-decanter.
