I asked the question, because I was faced with the situation as mentioned by the last responder quite recently - I booked a leisure international fare through a AC reservations agent for my daughter - I was quoted the regulation as Shareholder is quoting above - however, when I asked the agent to specifically see if there was a children's discount, she discovered that there was one.

I therefore submit to Shareholder that AC does have exceptions to the rules, even AC states that there are no discounts any group of passengers.

PS-Although not strictly an AC fare - Star Alliance RTW fares (and presumably some other Star Alliance fares) do have a children's discount.

I started this thread, to see if there are any other specific group (esp age-related) discounts, that AC offers.
