Agree. It is not a bad property, but it is not close to much of anything business wise. Not bad for seeing Qutab Minar and the Lotus Temple, but I would not stay there just for that. Traffic can be bad getting in and out of there. It took me twenty minutes one day at lunch to get back to the main road from there
