Ok - I see your point. I disagree on relevance though. The OP asked what the difference is between them since the fare rules tend to be idetical (fully flexible). My answer was that sometimes many Y fares are YUPs and book into First class (A or P) thus explaining the price difference between Y and B. That point seems relevant to me.
