That is what I repeatedly heard as a Plat. staying there over a couple weeks. Because we have a negotiated corporate rate that is a good discount off of the normal corporate rates, I only ever received a standard room. Also, at this time of year the hotel is packed with tourist. As a Gold or Platinum you should expect that you will not receive an upgrade, that way you will be surprized if it happens.

They do offer a breakfast to golds and plats, but it was pretty unremarkable.


I would say in my stays there, I was pretty disappointed and would not stay there again. There are better hotels in San Francisco
