I agree with the sentiment for Four Seasons. Not only are their properties wonderful, I have experienced a commitment to customer satisfaction that extends to how they work with TAs. Sales Managers have always been willing to do the extra things to help satisfy their guests ... and some of those accomodations have been quite extraordinary.
