Anyone know the employee travel policy for AIG?

I am considering applying for a position with American International Group - AIG. This position would involve some travel.

I have always traveled for my job, and thanks to FT, I have accumulated status in many programs.

From what I understand, AIG does have it's own travel service for employees.

Must I use the AIG travel service?
Will AIG allow me to retain the points/miles that I earn?
Any travel guidelines with AIG that will limit which airlines/hotels that I book with?
Can I pay for my expenses with my own credit card to earn additional miles?

I know that I could ask these questions during the interview process, but I don't want to tip them off that I'm a point fiend.

Thank You!
