In terms of the quantity of super-deluxe properties, then certainly Four Seasons. However, there are some dogs in the chain so always check first.

Mandarin Oriental and Peninsula put up a good fight in certain markets but both are only a fraction of the size of FS. Park Hyatt and Ritz-Carlton also have some outstanding hotels, especially in Asia and bits of Europe, but also a far larger % of duff ones.
