Whatever you do, don't do this. In that case the ticket will be issued not in the Ukraine, but in the country of the ticket's departure point.
BTW: why would an ex-UK flight price in US$? It should price up in GBP. Unless you're doing 'book-and-upgrade', when it will price up in whatever currency is charged in your BAEC membership country.
