The upgrade pecking order is as follows in relation to the Status of the Points being used (in this case, WP):
  1. CL
  2. WP
  3. SG
  4. PS
  5. QP
  6. NB
Within that it is the time the upgrade was requested. You can do this at the earliest 90 days out, so a SG upgrade request registered at -79 days will have precedence over a SG requesting at -60. A WP requesting at -7 days will have precedence over both of those and any other SG's.

I just checked with E/F and the flight is showing F4 A2 J9 C9 D9 I0 B9 H9 K9 M0 ...

Note the OP's flight is only two weeks away so D9 implies a reasonable chance of success.
