It's fine to try and shape the business for the new market realities, but surely core business is ex-LHR.? With customer sat. levels low, many issues in their main terminal, premium customers walking due to issues like the seating policies, articles such as the Seattle one referenced earlier, shouldn't there be more focus on the core business rather than new high risk ventures.
