Only problem is in BHM
The only problem that I've had with Budget posting RR points is when renting in BHM. I consistently have to follow up to get the points, sometimes taking months. According to Budget customer service, Budget BHM is independently owned and they "do things differently," which I guess can be loosely interpreted to mean not honoring frequent flyer points. Anyway, it has become too much of a hassle to run down these RR points from Budget BHM, so I just use a different rental car agency also affiliated with the RR program. I guess the Budget agency in BHM doesn't realize that this type of nickle and dime attitude drives good customers away. Otherwise, I consistently rent from Budget in all other markets beside BHM.
