Prior to my last flight ex-DEN which I used 2 E-500s for an upgrade my account showed:

6/07 - 2
8/07 - 4

After my flight my account showed:

6/07 - 2
8/07 - 2

Why on earth would they not pull the 6/07 certs?

I've had a mess of a time with my F travel recently both on paid and upgrade fares. On a YUA fare I was upgraded and they took 2 certs. Also on a QUAUP fare my mileage summary shows me as Y fare with no RDM bonus for A class, even though I sat in F. These have all been ex-DEN flights. Is something going on in DEN?
