True story and this a 100% accurate account of the events. I have taken names and phone numbers of witnesses, in case this guy decides to challenge the veracity of my report to his superiors. It's not even as if there were two sides to this story. What you read here is what happened.

I am going snail mail. The manager I spoke with at LAX told me they'd get back to me.

I am in the middle of writing to Colleen Barrett. Something's wrong here somewhere, and she should know about it.

On a lighter note, perhaps I should suggest she used her own employee's words as the title of her next column in Spirit:

" Southwest: We don't give a f****!"

It would also make for interesting giant billboards...
