Has WN changed their web site to allow you to email to them yet? For many years, this was something "soon to come" but never did.

The one problem I had with them was in no way as serious as yours, so I just quit flying them. Went from a direct connection Houston to Kansas City to buying 2 round trips with Delta, HOU-CVG/CVG to HOU and CVG to ??Kansas City/Kansas City to CVG.

Got permission from my boss in advance, and did pay about $150 more per week, but it was worth it.

In your case, no way you should put up with this. Make as much stink as possible! There is no excuse for this kind of behavior with any airline, especially so on WN which justifiably prides itself on friendly staff, both ground crew and flight crew.

So if you can't email, snail mail them with all the details. cc: everyone you can think of and be sure it appears at the bottom of your letter--the airport manager, WN's corporate staff, the WN surpervisor at your airport, etc., etc.

And good luck!
