Reminds me of a non-airline incident that happened to me a few years ago.

Why do employees in parts of the service sector think it is OK to take or make personal calls at their work stations? Enforcement of the no-personal-calls policy would prevent a lot of this type of problem.

This is what breaks and break rooms are designed for.
