Droneklax - I would pursue it as far as possible. You don't deserve to be treated like that as a paying customer and frankly, SWA would be a better airline w/o this employee. SWA typically has the friendliest, most accomodating employeees of any airline I have flown. That don't need this guy and neither do we! I hope it costs him his job.
