I tried booking Biz/coach/first class on UA NYC/Paris in September. No saver seats available.

When you call the International awards desk, they had plenty of coach availability.

FYI, They were able to book me in business (80,000 miles per ticket)on TAP via Lisbon. I was able to force a 1 day layover.
