I'm about to take my first mileage run, although I find it hard to pay good money (or not so good money, in this case!) to go anywhere outside of town and not enjoy it, so I'm taking a long weekend and will stick around at the destination for a day and a half. With luck, I may qualify for elite status for the first time in my life this year if this trip works out and my other ones do, too!

Anyway, I've found a very low fare on farecompare.com (actually, it was an alert emailed to me just a few minutes ago). Apparently it hasn't been loaded yet on either Travelocity's Flexible Dates feature (which I assume simply lists every fare filed or published for that city pair) or directly on the airline's web site (searching using dates the fare is valid for). Following through at farecompare.com to actually search for seats returns that it is a "new fare not loaded."

How long does it usually take for the fares to be published and available for purchase? Since it's after 8pm EDT right now, do I have to wait until the 10am mark tomorrow before it's available?

Or could this be an instance of farecompare.com being broken? (The fare is about half the lowest-filed fare on Travelocity's Flexible Dates and is therefore within my budget for getting out of town for a weekend...)
