Thanks for the tips. I'm familiar with D'Artagnan and order from them once in a while but will be looking into the others the next time I need some stuff.

On a side note, D'Artagnan used to have a restaurant in Manhattan that they shut down a few years ago. They sort of specialized in unique foie gras preparations ^
