We should all be thankful AA is bypassing the Guangzhou application.

Guangzhou is a commercial city so I assume that route would see heavy cargo traffic.

I can just see AA using the dreaded AB6 on that route -- you know the cargo work horse with only 16 F/J seats (with a generous 40" pitch) and 251 Y seats.

Yes, I'm joking. I know the AB6 doesn't have the range to reach China on a non-stop basis.
