I'm going to tempt providence but I've flown more sectors than I care to think about (unlike some FTers - who count them religiously !) and I've never had my hold baggage delayed or lost.

Really, I understand it's a nightmare when it does happen, but it does seem to be something that is a rare occurrence...people don't post when their bags arrive, only when they don't !
