I would not expect Southwest at MKE anytime soon. They've certainly had that opportunity before. JetBlue would be a possibility though...new CEO may go with a different strategy. YX is going to continue to have a tough-time, however, given rising costs throughout the industry. They'll have to raise ticket prices at some point to maintain their yields, which will result to some degree in lighter loads. At some point YX is going to have to pay the piper, so to speak.
At any rate, I'm sure in the past 90 pages or so this debate has already taken place, so I'll just suggest you reference that.
