I've been looking around the web for a car rental from Venice (probably Piazzale Roma?) to PSA. I'm getting wildly different numbers so I'm not sure which include the one-way surcharge and/or the 1 additional driver, etc.

Does anybody have any suggestions for where to look for a good deal on a one week rental from 9/9-9/16? Most of the prices I have are over $300 which seems a bit high. I usually don't rent cars in Europe so maybe this is typical.
