If above is an issue, Budget should get programmed to enter correct number of digits or something. And WN should push Budget to do it right as they reflect on WN's reputation.
I also have had problems. Too much of a hassle to rent from them and expect credits. I have used Hertz and they usually post within a week -- and WN backdates the credit to date of rental.
