I got rerouted from SJC->MSP->DTW on 6/23 to SJC->ATL->DTW via Delta. Lost a couple hours in the process AND they didn't transfer my FF #, so I have to go back and try to claim the first leg of the flight. I didn't notice that the number wasn't on the ticket until I was in ATL.

I was told that the MSP->DTW leg was cancelled. To NW's credit, they did tell me that it was due to lack of crew---via text message and voice mail.

However, I'm even more pleased that I booked our leisure trip DTW->DEN next week via Fronteir; NW didn't even come close to competing on price, and Fronteir won't charge me $5 for my SnackBox (tm).
