I'm a newbie here: Apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong forum.

I just got a new 10x zoom camera and want to take aerial pictures of San Francisco on a flight tomorrow.

Which side of the plane should I sit when flying from SFO to IAD to get the best views of the city of San Francisco ?

(I've tried googling for answers for couldn't find anything helpful so I finally resorted to posting....)
