Not a sandwich in sight at the "New York Deli" when I was there. This place ain't a long term survivor, I suspect, especially given their customer attitude.

So far at least, I'd say the restaurants are better at Roppongi Hills -- if you can find them! (a slight dig there for mjm to reply to)
