I do hope anyone filling out the survey highlights:
1. Ridiculous security queues for the FCC (affecting transfer pax)
2. General lack of full utilisation of screening equipment (after this length of time BAA should have got its act together) by BAA (which impacts BA passengers, though personally I have not found the queues as bad as many on here claim).
3. Appalling time taken to deliver checked bags when arriving in T4.
4. Seeming total lack of any integrated response to lost baggage.
5. The impending 23kg per bag restrictions, which above all else, if enforced, will be the most likely reason for me to defect to VS next year.
6. The seating policy, which though improved, is still not great particularly for those without status travelling in groups.
Poop, wish I'd read this first. I did have a go about seating policy when it came to Blues, the lost baggage situations, and told them to force the BAA to allow two carry-ons again. Filled it out for Mrs. Walsh & I.
