I can see not allowing NW to force an unwilling pilot to exceed 90 hours in a month. BUT, if a young pilot wanted or needed the extra money to build assets he/she should be allowed the 100 hours. This might also apply to an older pilot trying to recover from a divorce!!!! But of course the union might end up with less members.
