not for ops but for future reference:
one MUST buy the train ticket before going into the check-in area. so unless you want to jump over the barrier or walk in from exit, you cannot checkin without buying the train ticket(which means you should take the train the same day[maybe the day after as well if you could checkin 1 day before... please check at station, sure this has been done but ticket description says same day as purchase])
