I may be missing something really obvious here but why aren't you simply calling the Dallas RTW desk and getting them to do it?
I will be calling them to make all the necessary changes prior to showing up at any desk/office. However I still need a physical desk/office to get the tickets printed out if they change into paper. Also, for some reason, AA in the US doesn;t process Aussie credit cards over the phone.
