Moveable armrests in A320 exit rows?

I know that the armrests in the front seats (5A-F) have the tray in the armrests and you cannot lift these up, but what about the exit rows? My travel companion has a hard time fitting into the seats with fixed armrests. Seat guru does not mention fixed armrests, but that could be an omission.
