I presume your panasonic charger has a figure 8 connection to a cable and plug. If so, go to the nearest apple store/reseller and buy this kit stick the kit in your bag. You now have a plug fitting your charger for any country you go to.

This was a solution I came up with when I on a trip realised I had forgotten to pack adaptor and/or cable leaving UK going to Slovakia and had my digital SLR with me. It was at the hotel when unpacking that I realised I could use the plug in my travel kit. As I normally just travel to continental europe or US I have several of each in my travel pack.

At home I have several UK plugs so now both my video and DLSR charger have these plugs on the back end. No more cables to trip over.
