Sunday December 23, the evening flight from Nashville to Oakland needed 4 volunteers. They had 2 @ $400 each ($200 + the cost of the one way ticket) My friend & I were flying on the "2 fer 0" fare(RR ticket + Companion Pass) We asked if they would give us $300 each, $200 + $99 one way(their cheapest fare), but were told no. Then a family of four volunteered and received $400 each. Southwest then went back to the first two and told them they could get back on the plane and keep their $400 vouchers. Expensive day at the BNA bumpfest.
