We are working on a story for the Tuesday, June 26 newspaper regarding reports of unusually high numbers of Northwest Airlines flights being cancelled. If you have had a such a flight cancelled since early last week, could you please send us a note informing of that.
Here's what we need to know from you:
1. Date and time of your cancelled flight, and your intenerary?
2. Were you able to re-schedule? Was it difficult to do so? To what degree was Northwest helpful in this? Did you incur any cost in rescheduling?
3. Any observations or comments you have regarding this situation and your willingness to travel on Northwest in the future.
4. You city of residence, occupation, frequent flier status, and nature of your tryp (business or personal)
5. You name and a phone number where we can reach you today (Monday, June 25), should we need to do a brief follow-up interview with you.
