We were staying at the HI near IAD last week. In the morning, I had a very quick and small breakfast with my little daughter. I paid with the breakfast voucher, but the waiter said that my daughter cannot eat for free and that the voucher does not cover her. I was in a rush to the airport, so I ended up using another voucher which I happened to have.

Aren't kids supposed to eat for free at HIs?
