OUCH! I've not seen that.... I hate to say it, the *only* reason I've maintained my Diamond VIP Status is for the Lounges at Hilton Sorrento Palace and the Hilton in Nassau Bahamas
When did this change? I was upgraded to non-exec floor in November 2006 and got the lounge access? is this new FY2007?
