The lounge I think is a Japan airlines lounge (or some Japanese carrier, don't think it's ANA) - it's in the basement and is usually open for AC flights.
The HNL lounge in claustrophobic and dingy, I would hang out with the common folk.
Showers in the YVR Dom lounge. You will need to find a lounge agent upstairs, knock on the kitchen door if one is not out and about. The person will take your BP and give you a key to the shower..
