I have to agree with
divrdrew - I haven't seen much use for the concierge on any of my BusinessFirst flights (beyond the time we got an OpUp to CDG!). I too would be curious to know what kind of services that they can offer besides damage control during irregular ops and asking if you want access to the arrivals lounge.
