I must say, this is the first time in the past 4-5 years as a HH Diamond I didn't get the room type I reserve for.
I look at the online checkin and most of my rooms change several times, prior to getting their. This is one of several issues with online checkin. OVerall I am not a fan of it for hotels, I like it for the airlines, but they have maps of seats and do not change at checkin other then cancelled flights.
