I saw the lines at BWI last weekend when I took a friend to catch a 10am Continental flight. There were no lines at the Continental counter; just a short wait at the security checkpoint. All this was a good thing 'cause Continental moved her flight up one hour without notification.

At the same time, Southwest customers ( more than 100?) were in lines that snaked around the terminal at both the ticket counter and the security checkpoint; only two security lines working for consourse B. I'm taking Southwest next week and am dreading the lines.
