Southwest has the tools to fix the problem if they establish the problem as a priority. Having witnessed what I did, and having multiple people (travelling on different days of the week through BWI) corroborate my findings, I conclude that the Southwest folks at BWI, and perhaps their (Southwest) Corporate Headquaters, do not give a dam about "Travelling Joe."
What I witnessed was inhumane.
Scientists say that accidents are predictable, and amenable to reduction through prevention. The daily happenings of Southwest at BWI are not accidents, not freak occurences, but day-to-day occurences, that can be corrected.
Southwest simply does not give a dam about "Traveling Joe."
