The second column refers to EQP expressed as a percentage based on the first column (without the bonus). A 1000 mile segment flown by a PLT/EXP on QF D would earn 1500 (1000 + 500) EQP and 2250 (1000 + 250 + 1000) redeemable miles. If on L the earning would be 500 EQP and 1000 (500+500) RDM.
