Did they at least have sandwiches? The last time I was there (shortly after they opened) they had NO sandwiches at all.
Also, although they're displaying the "TM" signal, the H&H bagels taste nothing like the ones from NY, and are definitely not baked fresh every hour.
On the plus side, I did think the Indian restaurant was pretty good and the weekend lunch buffet was well priced.
