Meh, and I'm still waiting now SIX months later for a refund to post from a cancelled SIN-NRT-SFO B refundable fare. Disputed with Chase and they claim United has filed a rebuttal and wants to see a copy of the refund receipt or a cancellation number; err, they don't ISSUE refund receipts until the refund has been processed. They also don't issue cancellation numbers. Glad to hear you got through to someone. They've still got my 999.75.
