What are people's experiences of reissuing a ONE at either of the 2 AA ticket centres in NYC? And if there's a possibility of my ticket turning back into paper - how long will the reissue take?

I'd probably be doing the reissue at the ticket centre on Lex as that seems closer to where I'd be staying, but don't mind going downtown if the difference in competence is monumental. I'm staying in NYC for almost a week (6 nights) - I hope that's enough time for a reissue, taking into account anything that might screw up?

My original ticket is also issued by AA.
