I was just about to post what cepheid said. This is how it ALWAYS should be, according to UA's own rules. Unfortunately, most agents don't seem to know how to do it. It's a shame that our expectations have dropped so low that when somebody at UA actually processes a refund correctly, we consider it going "beyond the call of duty."
