Odd seating chart: LY0076 29Aug

So I'm working on our summer flights and came across an odd seating chart for my wife's bonus return flight from HKG. As mentioned above it is LY0076, 29 August. The chart looks like this

* The seats that are marked as - are not occupied, they are not on the map at all. The rest of the seats show both occupied and non-occupied.
